1. Real Estate Sales Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Dehradun / Kotdwar
Experience: 0–3 years
Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in and online leads
- Conduct site visits & explain project details
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships
Skills Required:
- Good communication
- Positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Real estate experience is a plus, not mandatory
2. Site Supervisor
Location: Kotdwar / Dehradun
Experience: 1–4 years
Responsibilities:
- On-site work monitoring
- Coordination with contractors & engineers
- Daily reporting & quality checks
- Ensuring timely progress
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of construction work
- Strong observation
- Task management
3. Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Remote + Office (Hybrid)
Experience: 1–2 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage Facebook & Google Ads
- Handle property lead generation
- Website & SEO updates
- Social media content management
Skills Required:
- Meta Ads / Google Ads
- Basic designing
- Creativity & marketing understanding
4. Telecaller / Customer Support
Location: Office (Kotdwar / Dehradun)
Experience: 0–2 years
Responsibilities:
- Call leads & schedule site visits
- Follow-up with customers
- Maintain CRM data
Skills Required:
- Good Hindi communication
